Joanna Peak is a NASM certified personal trainer with a masters degree in exercise physiology and over 20 years of experience in the NW Houston area. Peak Fitness provides education, motivation and direction for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

About Me

My goal is to create a safe and encouraging space where clients can gain the experience and the knowledge that they need to exercise with confidence. I know that not everyone loves working out as much as I do! With that in mind, I aim to provide a positive experience in the gym that leads to a healthy outlook on one’s self and on exercise that ultimately results in a permanent lifestyle change.
