Joanna Peak is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and over 25 years of experience in the NW Houston area. Joanna provides education, motivation, accountability, direction and encouragement to her clients, some of whom have been with her for over 20 years.
David Peak is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and build a healthier lifestyle. He works with all ages and fitness levels, designing customized programs to fit each individual’s needs, abilities and aspirations. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, improve endurance, become a better athlete or simply feel better, David is here to help.

Our goal is to create a safe and encouraging space where clients can gain the experience and the knowledge that they need to exercise with confidence. We know that not everyone loves working out as much as we do! With that in mind, we aim to provide a positive experience in the gym that leads to a healthy outlook on one’s self and on exercise that ultimately results in a permanent lifestyle change.
