Joanna offers a truly unique training and workout option from the typical gym. I love that her gym is private with no membership required. I can choose private sessions or group sessions and just pay as I go. Even in the group session format, each client is on their own workout circuit/rotation suited to their individual needs and strengths. Joanna is a rockstar and it's amazing to watch her personally interact and encourage each client in the group. I started with private sessions. I was a bit hesitant about my abilities and unsure about joining a group that I might not be able to keep up with. Once I tried the group session I loved it. We each workout at our own skill level, and own pace. I also enjoy interacting with the other clients. Joanna is knowledgeable and continually changes things up so it's never mundane or too routine. I recommend Joanna and Peak Fitness to everyone. Peak Fitness is a fit for anyone just starting out or those looking for a fresh way to keep in shape and stay healthy!
